After my last project, I really wanted to integrate OpenCV face recognition. I’ve also decided that at this point, I just want to create things that make me & others smile. Because smiling is the first step in world peace, right? Right.
So my programming final is going to be a pick-your-hairstyle applet. I’ve started playing with the code, but I have a very long way to go until this thing looks and acts how I want.
Before picking a hair style to "try on"
What it looks like when I’ve clicked on a style:
Ooooh, so pretty! Note, the image of me is a live feed. If I move, the hair moves with me (in a 2D way).
And now, to create 30+ hairstyles, create events for each “type”, and figure out how to keep the entire thing from lagging….
