“The task of the imagination is to do the work of crisis without crisis, placing the actual under the light and the pressure of the possible.” – Roberto Mangabeira Unger
“Perhaps, then, when we face an art work, we need not be so obsessive about pinning down the “meaning” of the work. Finding the mot juste to describe sensations stirred in us by the piece isn’t really important either . . . ” – Mark Rothko
My objective is to combine my creative design and technology studies and design thinking abilities with my critical thinking/analytical skills honed over more than 10 years of studying and practicing law to create a positive impact.
I aim to provide solutions drawing from my ability to work quickly, iteratively and collaboratively. My skills include wireframing/sketching/prototyping, creative problem-solving, artistic creativity, and exposure to clients in a law firm context. I believe that interaction and interface design is where we communicate with our technologies, the key touchpoint.
Conversations with me often entail cheesy puns and non-sequiturs — I apologize in advance.
