Dance in Circles
Creating illusion of spinning circles using Red, Blue and Black color scheme and sin & cos functions. My intention is to have multiple circles that unite to build a large circle in the middle of the applet as users move the mouse to the center. When the mouse is moved outside the applet circles will split. Each circle will hold unique sound that won't make sense by itself but when circles become one sounds become one as well by creating relaxing harmony.

Fractal Shape
Impressed by beauty of nature I tried to create my first fractal shape - snow flakes. There are two versions - soft and outlined snow flakes. I still try to find solutions to my spinning circle idea. Some progresss though - circle in fractal calculations - still can not have them spin but I am hoping to solve that problem over the spring break.

This flocking exercise inspired me to create a virtual acquarium. Click to add more fish in green and blue and drag your mouse to add red fish to environment.

Final Project - Spinning Circles
Some progress with my spinning circles. Not completely what and how I want it to look but getting closer. Click to create circles and spin your mouse to spin the circles. I used random for color and the x,y positions of the circles, perlin noise to create spin effect, and fractal to create nested circles.
