Most of these ‘problems’ are typically searching for a physical or design based intervention. It goes beyond the knowledge based question and answer forums. As people tag areas of problem other users can go and physically fix the problem or make design solutions.

The Green Grants initiative at NYU sparked this website design idea. With this website proposal it can act as organization of the content and motivates a ‘scouting’ and ‘fixing’ and doing culture. This website format can foreseeably be scalable to address a macro or micro aspect of any particular topic.
