I visited my cousin who lives near Washington D.C. during the spring break. I left NY at the dawn on Thursday. On Wednesday night, my neighborhood was noisier than usual. I could hear sirening police cars and ambulances. At the early morning on Thursday, while I was heading to the subway station, I saw the yellow police line and many police officers on the street. I didn't know what it was.
