Toyama Kouichi
Funny, but somehow persuasive political broadcasting of a candidate for governor of Tokyo. I translated this with my feet.

original video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccwpbsJsWvM

A candidate for governor of Tokyo
Independent
Toyama Kouichi

(narration)
A candidate for governor of Tokyo, independent, Toyama Kouichi, 36 years old.

Becoming an activist of the heretical extreme left after a campaign of anti-government education, he is an anti-establishment intellectual who was imprisoned on a political offense recently.

Here is an political opinion of Toyama Kouichi.

(a political opinion)

Voters, my fellows! I am Toyama Kouichi, My fellows! This country is the worst! A political reformation or something reformation, I have completely no interest in that kind of thing! It's not an easy phase that solved by reformatting this and that!

There is no other way rather than throw this kind of country away! Perish this country now!

I don't have any single constructive suggestion! Now just "SCRAP AND SCRAP!" smash everything!

Fellows! I despise you fellows! This worthless country, the system of it... who have supported them are you fellows! Exactly speaking, a majority group of you are my enemy!

I'm appealing to a minority group of you fellows! Fellows of the minority group, now is the time for you to unite and take an action. They, majorities, are do anything they like! It seems our society is about to be made we minorities are hard to live in.

The minority fellows! If you think something will be changed by election, that is a huge mistake! From the first, such an election is a festival of majority! There is no more crazy thing than an election for us, the minority. If it's decided by majority rule, it's obvious majority will win.

Well, why am I run for? Because I don't have enough time to tell the story, please see posters on the bulletin board. There are two types of posters so don't miss either one.

I can't stand anymore about opression to the minority of this country. The minority fellows, there is no way to persuade the majority group. The majority group never listen to the minority.

This stupid country ruled by the majority should be perished! It's useless whatever the reformations are performed! Now, progressing various reformations are anyhow just for the majority!

We minorities don't have any hope to them and, of course, don't cooperate with them! We already desire nothing from this sort of country. The only option we have is that... just destroy this country! Shortly, overthrow the government!

The minority fellows!

Using this chance, don't you think we should proceed the dreadful plot of overthrowing the government together. There is an contact point on the posters... whether it's during the election or after... please give me a call...

Of course! under age fellows who don't have the right of vote and fellows out from Tokyo are all ok. From the beginning, the election is no mean for us, the minority group.

Finally, I say this in advance. If I win, then they will be frightened, I will also be frightened.

A malicious vote for Toyama Kouichi!
A jealous vote for Toyama Kouichi!

Otherwise, don't go to the election!
Anyhow, nothing will be changed by election!

ps. here is the English subtitled version of this video.
