I visited my friend at RISD last weekend. RISD and Brown U. are in Providence, RI which takes four hours by bus and costs $55 from NY. Providence is an educational city that has the best design university and one of the Ivy league. My friend has large relationship so I could do the perfect tour on studio of each department. I had a wonderful chance to glance a faculty review of applicants portforlio of the world best graphic design department. At the Saturday night, went to a studio to help my friend painting overnight. Listening music, singing songs while playing a guitar... absolute free atmosphere.

Stayed long in DC, but I didn't take pictures many this time. Though it was the only second visit to Hirshhorn musuem, I got bored with it. I visited the National Air and Space Museum as a recommendation of my friend who majors in related field at MIT. I think the museum was the most US-ish one. Too huge, boasting their country, the only place to eat something was McDonald. However, the exhibitions reminded me of friends who are studying those fields.

Toilet in a spaceship for men.
I think it doesn't need different designs for men and women, but they were different. A handle for an urinate, and I guess opening a white cover for feces.

It's more intuitive to catch how to use it. Anyway, how can astronaut clean his/her ass? If they use a toilet paper then where/how to discard? Or use water?

Still having problems.
I got an account at 1&1 web hosting in U.S. and it works well for connecting as well as other functions. But, the redirect function of Tattertools which uses mod_rewrite of Apache web server doesn't work well. I've read and tried all FAQ and tips in forum of Tattertools, but no good. I also asked engineer in 1&1 but they may not have enough time to look through my .htaccess file for mod_rewrite.
Then, I've tried other install-based blogging software such as Blogger, Movable type and Wordpress. But, there is no export/import program from Tattertools. Even if I copy every entry manually, I will lose comments of the entry.
Wordpress is using similar function with Tattertools and it works fine in 1&1 web hosting. I don't know why Tattertools doesn't support standard web hosting environment, I saw many people have the exactly same problem with me. |
