Final Proj Idea
Tubbee
Abstract
A short of an obese bird that cannot fly, and how he overcomes this major problem when faced with a predator.
The bird will be assymetrical, one eye too large, one wing too short, and so forth. The other characters in the animation will also be assymetrical.
The environment will be slightly surreal and creepy, maybe just black and white, or shades of gray. There wil be no dialogue and no narration, only music to aid the story along.
Story
It’s a beautiful, sunny day with clear blue skies. You see a tree in this landscape. The camera zooms in and you see an obese bird sitting on a tree branch just sunbathing.
All of a sudden the tree branch breaks, and the bird and branch come tumbling down to the grass.
The bird tries to flap its wings, but to no avail, it is too fat to fly.
He sees a predator’s shadow circling above him and he thinks of a quick way to fly.
I currenly have a few ideas of how he escapes.
