1. Project name or title: N/A
Image /sound /Motion

2. short description:

We are going to control images by using MIDI and the Processing
software language.

The purpose of our project is to use technologies such as processing
and MIDI to manipulate images in new and artistic ways that will
interact with people. Our presentation will be of combining sounds
and images to Art and People interaction.

Our testing so far of using processing, MIDI, and images has been
challenging so far, but we are learning new ways to manipulate
different visual media such as (time based, still, vector, and
rendered images) in (real-time), and this I hope this will allow us to
develop an interesting real-time system. This project will look at how
we can integrate interactive elements such as sound, physical
interfaces, and images and make it into an interactive project.

There will be two parts to our project, the first one is to play
some simple music so that certain images or parts of images reacts
with the type of music or sound that is being played, and the second
part will consist of a more aesthetic interaction between image and
sound.

3. The materials that we will be using for this project is:
- Processing Software:
- MIDI software : proMIDI
- Video images
- Still images (pictures and graphic arts)
- Mona-Lisa, Modigliani, etc.
- Arduino
