week13 - Final Project Phase 2

Phase 2 of my final project "Octagon"

final_pt_02.gif

- The inside working components of my musical octagon, is made of all materials that I have used in the PCOM class. For example, I used a bread board, IR sensors, Arduino, and some added materials like a TRI-colored LED, bridgeboard, MIDI, and also some additional wiring. With these materials I put together the basic workings of a touch-less musical instrument by coding my Arduino for many hours.

- In the first picture I am setting up my bread board with the wiring needed to test the code in my Arduino. As you can see it looks hectic, but testing is going well, and my code is seemingly working with the setup of my components that will make the octagon start to play some music.

- In this picture I am setting up my Arduino and breadboard to be mounted inside the octagon sphere. I am finding ways to mount all of the components inside.

- This is the end of my phase 2
