Click to PlayThe general idea of game "Great Escape" is "You" chased by an evil bear, so You have to run as fast as You can to escape the bear hunting.
Element of "Great Escape": You, Bear, Barrier.
How to play: "←" and "→" are two legs of You. So when you press down this two key by turns, Your legs will run and body will move foward. And "↑" key means jump, so when it is hit, You will jump up.

How to make it:
"You" stay in the middle of the screen. And other objects, including trees and barriers, move backward. There speed is based on the frequency of pressing "←" and "→" keys. As to the bear, if the frequency of pressing "←" and "→" keys is lower than certain number, the bear will move closer to "You". If the bear catches You, the screen will turn red(means killing) and the game is over.

Grid element is added into Feeding Monkey 2.01. This progress solved the problem of banana and fungus colliding each other.

After solving the problem about defining "hitArea", the rest of part work quite smoothly.
However, when I thought I completed the game, I found that in the second round of the game, monkey was missing!!
Again, I spent a lot of time on searching the monkey, but failed.
So I think the next step will be searching the monkey and adding "bomb" function that monkey can hit the fungi out.

Be a zookeeper! Feed monkeys with bananas. But becareful, if monkeys have fungus, you'll lose your point!
The prototype is incomplete. I made two version, one is origined from "Slinger", but checking collision didn't work. I thought maybe that's because the hitArea is not defined. So I made another version that check collision by position of the instances but didn't work either!
So the nex steps for this is to figure out how to check collision and send the result to point display.

Here is the first ActionScript Practice assignment.
Please click the mouse on screen, star will be created on the postition where mouse clicked.
Pretty tired in figuring out how to activate creating star by clicking mouse. "_root" and "_parent" confused me!

"Pick up the clown" is one of my favorite poker game. The rule are quite simple that who get two clown at hand at the end, he is the looser. In other word, this is a game that most of players are winner, that's why I like it so much.
