You use a keyboard every day. You probably signed up for ITP camp using a keyboard yourself. For a tool that is essential for computer usage and the internet, it's important to invest and tailor it to your own needs. I want to teach you all that I've learned from 3 years of buying, looking, learning, designing, and most importantly typing on keyboards.

This workshop will be my attempt to give you all the information, knowledge, and advice I have in case you ever want to buy or build your keyboard. We will be talking about why they are popular, where to buy from, how to buy them, the differences in the design, and even how to start making your first one.

This is not a class where I teach you how to solder or design a PCB, instead, this is me trying to show you all you can do with a tool that is highly overlooked and underappreciated. I'll be sharing githubs, resources, websites, and everything that you would need in case you ever feel the need to upgrade your personal setup to something nicer.
