In this session, participants will learn the fundamentals of Adobe Illustrator and how to create stunning 2D and 3D designs, and in the end, take home fabulous postcards with their own designs. In the first session, we will introduce the basic theories, tools, and shortcuts of Illustrator. You will learn how to use basic tools and learn about color theories and useful hacks such as applying advanced gradients and utilizing mesh tools to create intricate vector designs in 2D shapes. The second session will explore 3D extrusion, revolve, and rotation techniques, as well as visual stylization. You will learn how to take your designs to the next level by creating 3D postcards with your own unique style. By the end of the workshop, you will acquire the skills and confidence to create stunning postcards and vector art for any purpose, whether it's for personal or professional use.
