I make math art on my computer. And a shocking amount of it stays there. Social media is hard. And maintaining online portfolios and documentation is hard. But making new art is so fun! Most of my best stuff exclusively lives on my hard drive (and backups of that hard drive) and has been seen by very few eyes. Sure there are solutions that involve getting that info from my computer to the internet in some way, but those are hard and the back log is huggggeeeee. Sooooo come to the session and get a tour and explanation of some math art I've been making for the past 2+ years. Also though this is just a slot on the calendar for a fun session. The specifics will be determined by the people who show up. Maybe it'll be collaboratively making art, maybe it'll be a tour of other attendees dope localhost work.
Oh also I didn't say this, but when I say localhost just means art I'm making on the computer and running on my computer but not hosting beyond my computer. The url for viewing this on my computer is localhost:SOMENUMBER so that's why I call it localhost art. NO TECH KNOWLEDGE OR COMFORT IS NECESSARY FOR THIS SESSION. Another piece of context. I sell math art on the street. I spent six months of my life in union square explaining math to people that thought they didn't like math. I make math art but also it's pretty and fun art imho.
Also drop in any time. It will be chill
