Description:

In this session of From Idea to Reality we’ll be talking about ways around virtual objects interact or guide users through the physical space. We’ll apply this knowledge by building a prototype step by step together. If you have participated in FITR: Designing AR from 0 to 1 you can extend your prototype to a nice micro experiences. No worries if you haven’t, you can start here as well.

Before the workshop:

Please bring your Mac and iPhone to be able run the Appear alpha software. Send us your mail address in advance so we can ensure a quick setup. We currently don’t support windows and android. It’s possible to form teams of two.

No prior experience with AR is necessary. Participating in the previous up workshop (From Idea to Reality: Designing AR from 0 to 1) is not required. Participants of the first workshop will be able to depend their knowledge and advance their first prototype.
