An intro to using TidalCycles to live code music open to all levels of musical and programming experience. TidalCycles is a language embedded in Haskell, There are lots of examples of performances here so you can see what you can do with it!

Note: please install Tidal beforehand. This can sometimes be a painful experience so if you have any trouble come and find me (I will be at ITP most of the time) or message me on Slack to arrange something. However, if you don't have it installed by the time the session starts, please still come as there is an online environment we can use here https://estuary.mcmaster.ca/ however it is not as fully featured as a full Tidal install!
