Join us for a hands-on animation workshop where we’ll dissect still illustrations and transform them into simple keyframe animations in After Effects.

We’ll kick things off with a short introduction on the 12 core animation principles as well as different styles and techniques. Then, we’ll move into a step-by-step After Effects demo covering pre-compositions, keyframes, timing, and exporting. Absolute beginners to After Effects are welcome.

The goal is to leave the workshop with at least one simple animation that we can share with each other! Please come in with After Effects pre-installed on your laptop and optionally, a meaningful image that you'd like to bring into motion.
