In this session I'll introduce the Philips Hue home lighting system and how to program it, in browser-based JavaScript, and in Arduino. To control Hue devices, you send HTTP requests. It's not too hard, and it's fun. We have four Hue Bridges and a lot of Hue-compatible lights on the floor. And I have lots of documentation of documentation for how to program it online at this link

This session will be held in room 404, the small conference room by the candy machines. It's a small room, so if you are claustrophobic, please be warned that it might be better for you to attend on zoom. We'll also go to the lobby lounge to control some lights there.
