Intro to User Experience Design

This workshop will serve as a basic introduction and overview of the broad field and problem-solving framework of user experience design.

Campers will learn elements of a UX design toolkit, tactics, and activities to better understand people, their needs, and their contexts with the goal of improving or developing new products and services.

We'll be doing some rapid, collaborative design exercises and you'll be introduced to: user research, persona development, user journey mapping, information architecture, pen and paper wireframing, and creating clickable prototypes.
