React is a javascript library for building user interfaces from Facebook.

It focuses on the "View" in your MVC(model, view, controller) applications and touts a blazing-fast virtual DOM diff implementation. According to JavaScript analytics service Libscore, React is currently being used on the websites of Netflix, Imgur, Buffer, Bleacher Report, Feedly, Airbnb, SeatGeek, HelloSign, Walmart, and others.

React allows developers to create large web applications that use data which can change over time, without reloading the page. Its main goal is to be fast, simple and scalable.

This workshop will explore the basic fundamentals of React to get you started. Check out this web application that I built in React: ITP Thesis Archive Site, code.

question from a notice web developer, is it easier to view the thesis tag if you display them vertically? https://itp.nyu.edu/thesis2017/
