We'll be making use of Google's AIY project voice kit to get a natural language recognizer up and running and connect it to the Google Assistant. Along with everything the Google Assistant already does, you can add your own question and answer pairs. All in a handy little cardboard cube, powered by a Raspberry Pi. In under 3hrs you'll build your very own version of a 'Google Home' and search the internet with nothing but your voice!

We'll spend most of the session setting up Google's AIY voice kit project, but will leave some time at the end to experiment and hack away to create some custom features of our own. All you need is your laptop, ITP will lend you the Pi and Google Voice Kit for the session!
