This session will show you how to build custom public SMS input sessions using "Lively", a web-based texting platform that uses WEBGL that I worked on that allows for multiple participants to send messages to a shared public display. Lively has been shown at conferences, festivals, meetings, universities, classrooms, and more around the world. Visualizations include 3D blocs, custom background videos and audio, dynamic images, and more...
In this session you will build your own Lively sessions, customize their look/feel, and deploy them to the public or for whatever experience you want to have audience input. All participants in this workshop will have access to "Premium" accounts which will allow for full control of the system.
No Programming Skills Needed
Everyone should bring a laptop to this session as we will be using Google Chrome to author sessions.
