You've been spending all your time in front of a screen or using power tools in a dusty room.... now it's time to get outside!

Inspired by the Japanese trend of shinrin-yoku, directly translated as forest bathing, this mindful walk will be an intentional way of getting back in touch with nature. As we walk through the park, we will open all of our senses to the world, stopping to smell the flowers or sitting and listening to the birds chirping.

We will meet at Central Park North, 110th street station at 10am, and then head to the North Woods, one of the quieter, more secluded parts of the park. I'll provide some guidance for the practice, and then we'll have some free time to explore the park alone or in pairs. We'll come together again at 11:30am to talk about the experience.
