Unleash the power of your GPU. Compute shaders allow artists and coders to control huge amounts of arbitrary data for use with particle systems, physics simulations, or GPGPU tasks.

This class will provide an introduction to the graphics pipeline, how to use shaders to manipulate geometry, and how to use compute shaders to massively accelerate computation of large amounts of data to simulate things like fireworks, galaxies, flocks of birds, swirling smoke, etc.

If you'd like to participate bring a computer with the latest version of Unity installed and a Github login, a Unity project will be provided via Github .
