People with widely varying abilities and perspectives use the Internet on a daily basis.

For web professionals, there's an increasing ethical and legal imperative to build digital products that are accessible to all people - not just those with specific disabilities. But what are the implications for creative coding / net art projects that operate outside of the e-commerce continuum?

In this session, we'll review basic concepts of web accessibility and then apply them to web-based art projects. What does it mean to create something that only works in Chrome on a laptop, or with a text and background color combination that renders its content invisible to many people?

What could radically inclusive digital art look like? Let's discuss together!
