From Ernst Haeckel to Iris Van Herpen, artist-scientists have often looked to nature for inspiration. And for good reason. We will deep-dive through the elegant, entangled, and extraordinary structures found across the natural world. Using the tools of 3D CAD modeling, we will play with different ways of recreating these structural forms and imagine opportunities for sculptural experimentation.
