One Word: Plastics

Sometimes it's brittle, sometimes it's rubbery, sometimes it's clear and sometimes it's unexpectedly melting into a puddle of green goo.

A little discussion about how plastics work, from the molecules up. It's great to have a basic knowledge of their structure, what they do well, how they fail, and how to select one that's right for your project.

We'll also be trying some fun and unexpected techniques for identifying mystery plastics in the wild.
