Shop safety training is mandatory for all campers who are on the floor, regardless of whether you plan to use the shop. We are offering multiple sections of this training and you only need to sign up for one session! The shop safety training will give you an intro to:

• The shop space and related equipment available at ITP

• How to use the equipment safely

• General shop safety practices

At the end of the shop safety session, you will be given a short quiz, after which you will be checked off for completing the training and receiving your Shop Safety ID card. This is different from your NYU ID card and is used to indicate that you have completed the safety training.

Spaces are limited so if you sign up please be sure to attend. If signed up and can’t make it, please update your RSVP accordingly.
