This will be a session to channel all your creativity into creating a product (digital or physical) that will solve for real-problems! It will be a tactical Product Sense session, and no previous experience in product management is required. You will need access to your computer though!

In this session, you will:

1. Learn essential product discovery frameworks and techniques, including identifying company mission, user personas, and use cases.

2. Gain expertise in proposing innovative solutions.

3. Develop a basic understanding of metrics and data-driven decision-making to measure product success effectively.

4. Explore product launch strategies and create your Minimum Viable Product (MVPs).

5. Identify risks of launching and anticipate them!

We will use a collaborative tool called MIRO, if you haven't used it you might want to explore first but I will explain basics as well :)
