Green screen technology is essential in modern film and video production, allowing filmmakers to replace the background with new content. It Is one of the simplest ways to combine people in different environments in one space and time through digital and virtual methods.

Creating illusions between spaces with green screens is one of the most important use. During the workshop, participants will find a space at 370 Jay Street (it can be a large space, such as a stairwell, or a small space, such as the space inside a cup), cover part of it with green material, or shoot a video with a green screen board on the floor. We will then divide into groups to create short videos introducing green screen techniques, including the keying out process in software such as OBS, After Effects, and Unreal Engine.
