On November 21, 2023, Niko Arranz, Nastya Yatsuka, and Amy Chien from Genspace visited the Sustainable Material Research Lab class to introduce their work, show their biomaterial samples, offer feedback to student projects work-in-progress, and do a small hands-on workshop on making small items with bioplastic leftovers.
