Gather all necessary equipment and ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measure out water and pour into pot. Don&#8217;t turn on the heat yet!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slowly sift agar agar powder into water pot while using the spatula to stir slowly. Make sure to break up any chunks that may appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measure out dish soap and dump into water pot. You can use a spoon to help get all the soap out of the measuring cup. Stir to combine all the ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put pot on hot plate and turn on to the lowest heat setting, 140 degrees F. Cook for five minutes while continuing to stir. Then up the temperature to 176 degrees F for five minutes and continue stirring. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NOTE: if you are not using the same hot plate as us you can use a thermometer to monitor the recipe temperature. Just make sure to keep the temperature low and increase it gradually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use a hand blender to whip up the mixture while continuing to cook. Cook at 212 degrees F for five minutes and 176 degrees for seven minutes. The end result should be a white foamy mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the bio-foam has been cooked pour the foam into a baking tray or mold. The bio-foam can solidify pretty quickly so be sure to work fast once the mixture is removed from the heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the bio-foam in a well ventilated area to dry undisturbed for at least
