Start Of Construction
During your childhood, what was the one plaything we all had?…(come on you know the answer) A BOX. That box was everything. It was a fort, a car, a house, a rocket ship, a secret club house, it’s the one thing that kids are happy with and doesn’t need fancy flashy color or gadgets to catch interest. Playing with it was all about the imagination and ...
The Plan
This is the plan…or the tentative plan of what we hope to accomplish….Important side note:- The little boy in the bottom left hand corner has become our mascot. That drawing helped us to solidify and keep in mind what we want to portray in our exhibit. He ...
Rooftop BBQ
After a week of non-stop brainstorming and idea making EVERYONE needed a break to just unwind and see a sunset….Thanks Nancy for inviting us to your home.
Who are you?

Through our check in presentation, I felt we solidified what we wanted to do, (mainly the half-baked ideas ...

Day 11: Gratitude
To start off our team’s discussion of what we want to create, our “2 or more” studio leader Sarah Rothberg instructed us to complete the following line in a PostIt brainstorming session:
People should walk away from this exhibit feeling…
The brainstorming resulted in a lot of adjectives, accompanied by a wide range of calls to action:
- Gratitude

After brainstorming the audience and venues on Monday, we moved on to a recap of history. One group focused on the classical civil right era, while the second group worked on recent events.
We then moved on to our first ideas, which we later structured into hifi and lofi projects.
At the end of this long process we arrived at two projects and two teams for the ...
