A collaboration between the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/about\/leadership-university-administration\/office-of-the-president\/office-of-the-provost\/university-life\/office-of-studentaffairs\/office-of-global-services.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&nbsp;Office of Global Services (OGS)<\/a>&nbsp;and the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/about\/leadership-university-administration\/office-of-the-president\/university-life\/office-of-studentaffairs\/center-for-student-life.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Center for Student Life (CSL)<\/a>, I-Hub is dedicated to not only support international students at NYU, but also to provide resources and expertise to create academic, co-curricular, and social opportunities for sustained, cross-cultural learning.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/signup.e2ma.net\/signup\/1983121\/1918335\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sign up for their weekly email newsletter<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Activities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/students\/communities-and-groups\/international-students\/international-student-hub\/cultural-conversations.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cultural conversations\u00a0<\/a>and English conversation groups\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/students\/communities-and-groups\/international-students\/international-student-hub\/global-buddies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Global Buddies<\/a>\u00a0program which fosters friendship and dialogue among globally-minded NYU students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/students\/communities-and-groups\/international-students\/international-student-hub\/identity-and-inclusion-in-the-united-states-for-international-students.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Presentations and dialogue on race, identity and life in the United States<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supportive\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/students\/communities-and-groups\/international-students\/international-student-hub\/spouses-and-partners-events.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">groups and networking programs<\/a>\u00a0for spouses, partners, and families of international students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Many\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/students\/communities-and-groups\/international-students\/international-student-hub\/discover-new-york-and-the-us.html\/international-student-support-initiative--issi-.html#issievents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">events and programs\u00a0<\/a>to help you discover New York and the US<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">English In Action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/englishinaction.org\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">English in Action<\/a>&nbsp;is a non-profit educational organization that helps English language learners by pairing them with tutors for weekly one-to-one conversation sessions<br>Tandon in Brooklyn<a href=\"https:\/\/engineering.nyu.edu\/academics\/undergraduate\/tutoring-center\/english-conversation-groups\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Weekly Conversation Groups<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through NYU Expository Writing Program<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cas.nyu.edu\/ewp\/writing-center\/peer-tutoring-programs\/writing-partners-program.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Writing Partners Program<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cas.nyu.edu\/ewp\/writing-center\/peer-tutoring-programs\/writing-partners-at-tandon.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tandon Writing Partners program<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; for UG at Tandon but they may be able to see&nbsp;grad students as well.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NYU Writing Center The&nbsp;NYU Writing Center&nbsp;is a place where all NYU students can get help with their writing.
