Classrooms<\/strong> are bookable, but only for large or consistent club\/workshop meetings. ITP\/IMA does not “own” the classrooms on the 4th floor and other departments often hold classes there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Large<\/strong> (Room 450 & 426) and Small<\/strong> (Rm 404) Conference Rooms<\/strong> are controlled by ITP\/IMA and are bookable for most meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To reserve a classroom or the Conference Room email Adrian Mandeville <am13084@nyu.edu<\/a>> or come see him at the Front Desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Huddle Rooms<\/strong> and Phone Booths<\/strong> are bookable by ITP\/IMA students, faculty and staff through the ITP\/IMA Booking Tool<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Students may reserve Huddle Rooms or Phone Booths for up to 1 hour<\/strong>, faculty and staff up to 4 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are in either a Huddle Room or a Phone Booth without a reservation and someone shows up with a booking, you are required to vacate the space immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Podcast Studio<\/strong> & the Documentation Lab<\/strong> are bookable by ITP\/IMA students, faculty and staff through the ITP\/IMA Booking Tool<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\nHuddle Rooms & Phone Booths<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
