Trained in Indian folk dance from a young age, her practice is centered around embodied experience. She enjoys thinking about the body as an archive and works with electronics and sound as her medium. Prisha\u2019s previous work includes a large modular synthesizer(ish), a dance floor as an instrument, and an interactive mirror and sink. Lately, she\u2019s been researching affordable dance technologies on a project called Physical Algorithms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prisha holds a B.S. in Media, Culture, and Communications from NYU Steinhardt and an MPS from NYU ITP.
