Her work aims to create magical moments of delight through playful interactions powered by emerging technology. Her past projects include a watercolor plotter that paints sign language, a holographic crystal ball, and several Jell-O installations\u2026 She maybe needs to calm down about the Jell-O.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to attending ITP, Lucia was a Senior Software Engineer at Meta working on UI for AR glasses. She learned to code when she was 10 years old and immediately went to build interactive Star Trek fanfiction. Nothing she\u2019s made since will ever compete with that. Lucia enjoys getting others excited about programming through hands-on workshops and demos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucia holds a Master\u2019s from NYU\u2019s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) and a B.A. in Computer Science and Linguistics from Cornell University.
