Her design work extends across games, edutech, creative tools, and open-source projects. With a background in illustration and comics, her artist practice is often interested in emergent narrative that&nbsp;can arise through static images or through collaborative play. Deeply interested in how communities make meaning, her ITP thesis &#8220;Pilled&#8221; was a deep investigation into QAnon leading up to the 2021 election that documented the types of memes and fantasy play that turned into conspiracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a research resident she is continuing ml5.js project and community stewardship, but is more than happy to discuss projects with students.
