Zoe Fraade-Blanar is an author, UX designer, and accidental entrepreneur. As a media adviser she helps organizations experiment with their digital presence and fan management. Her work has been used by eBay, FINRA, The New York Times, The Hubble Space Telescope, The U.S. Department of Labor, The U.S. Postal Service, and IBM. She is also co-founder and owner of the nifty e-commerce company Squishable. Her book "Superfandom: How Our Obsessions are Changing What We Buy and Who We Are" was released by W.W. Norton in March 2017. She holds a Master's degree from ITP and a B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University in Computer Science.
