Hélène Alonso is the Director of Interactives and Media at the American Museum of Natural History. There she directs a multidisciplinary team in the production of innovative experiences that explain science through interactive technologies. During her career she has developed and directed more than 200 projects for which she has received numerous awards, including Muse, Cine, Communicator and Thea. Her work is frequently featured in national media, including The New York Times, Gizmodo and CNN. She holds two summa cum laude Master’s degrees in Museology and Museography and Environmental Education. Her photographs and journalistic articles have been published in international magazines including Zoologica Magazine and the National Geographic Group.
