Hola! I\u2019m Andr\u00e9s Franco, a.k.a. Tobi, a Colombian engineer, artist, and inventor based in Brooklyn. I hold an MPS from NYU Tisch\u2019s ITP, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional (Bogot\u00e1), and I\u2019ve been practicing Capoeira Angola for over 20 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My creative practice blends resourcefulness, hands-on fabrication, and sustainable design. I have an intuitive sense of form, movement, and spatial relationships, which I bring into the making of playful, sometimes absurd kinetic sculptures and interactive objects, designed to spark smiles and invite reflection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
