Hi Xinran, those are super interesting questions! I’m also wondering how would you structure the interview. Does the order of the questions matter? How would you warm up the conversation? As a general advice, I would recommend asking some context/intro questions at the beginning like “What’s your daily interactions with cosmetics?” “Tell me a bit about your focus area.” to just get the conversation rolling. You can also remind the interviewee that there’s no right or wrong answer to get them more relaxed to talk. Good luck!
