Reinforcing Feedback Loop:
Through concept mapping, I realize there is a lot more I can talk about than I original thought. The connection between life is like a play, the play becomes the life – puppets reinforced how we see soulless humans and how we think of humans without souls when seeing a puppet, the two create an interesting feedback loop.
The idea with the feedback loop is super interesting! If you want to further develop the idea, maybe think about what makes politicians like puppet? Is there something essential about politics that caused the effect? Is there anyway to change the feedback loop?
I am curious about the storytelling line. What sort of interactions/knowledge dissemination do creative iterations of narratives accomplish that direct/conventional forms of communication cannot? How have entities used storytelling and puppetry for their purposes (on a spectrum)? What are the parameters/limits of representation that audiences can accept? (I am thinking here about the “uncanny valley”.)
