Ah, back to the thesis journal….my space for existential struggle!

Hyperbole aside, selecting, articulating, and clarifying my thesis idea continues to challenge me. I’m thankful for the opportunity to witness the ways my mind resists certain creative structures and commitments, while others feel grounding and supportive.

Using interactive technology to enter into a mosaic-like universe of multiple co-existing truths, users will experience the complex poetry of their own subjective perception as compass, map, mirror and mirage, discovering again and again that reality is as much about choice as it is about fact – expressed by the concatenation of action, inaction, projection, and reflection.

I want the user to have a way experience their own decision architecture as something akin to looking through a camera frame, choosing a point of focus, choosing which details to highlight, what to blur into the background and what to altogether exclude.

I’m still fighting with myself on how to do this, what I want this to look like.

So it goes.
