Timeline in the progress
I tested these two ideas, and got some feedback and suggestions:
Explore the combination of ideas 1 and 2. There’re some loop between these two directions.
Describe the story with more detail, such as
“How are non-human entities “paying” for breathing if breath and time are commodified? Also, what is the content of the air that I am breathing in?”
“What happens if you can’t pay the bill? Asthma or something past a financial bill = another negative incentive?”
What I learn from these weeks:
People expect or understand differently when they think breathing clock as an interaction in the gallery or a product in everyday life. If it becomes a everyday life application/product, it will face more usage and problem solving criticizes. Therefore, it need to be approve that there is functional and emotional meaningful value, which is better than their current product or behavior. If it is an experience in an exhibition, one expects more concrete acts of feeling, meaning and personal involvement.
