In terms of the presentation process, I think that my preparation is not enough. I didn’t reserve time for myself to rehearse, so I didn’t control the time of the entire presentation well, even didn’t finish some key parts including audiences/goals/tech I would use in this project. My lesson is that by setting a time for each section, rehearsing ahead (and having someone listen as an audience).
In terms of content, my introduction to digital inheritance is too long. Since this concept itself is a new concept, it is complicated to explain, and it is difficult to explain it clearly in one or two sentences. So I may need to change the way of telling. I thought, rather than a dry definition, I might as well ask a few specific questions. Use questions to trigger everyone’s thinking and give everyone the context.
