Linking the “truthfulness” of blockchain to the “truthfulness” of human is a mesmerizing idea. Adding noise to it to disrupt the truth, even more so.
I am very curious about how you would imagine the life of a “digital pathologist” in the future? What should be considered deceptive / truthful? What about post-mortem for a person’s digital legacy is entirely recorded in AR filters with beautified faces? Is what’s recorded on chain the entire truth? What would be the moral standards for digital legacies in a world where people are only allowed to have digital ones?
Some references came to mind: how Facebook has been handling legacy contact / Be Right Back episode of Black Mirror / this ITP thesis project about whether it’s possible for our digital-self to leave this world in peace: https://vimeo.com/551776633
