If you get excited about the possibilities of  making technology fun for kids then it just might be you.<\/p>\n<p>First  off, a little about us. Toca Boca is a play studio in Stockholm that  makes digital toys for kids on touchscreen devices. We are a team of ten  people that together make products that so far have sold in over 100  countries. We have an open and flexible work environment where quality  is more important than the amount of hours you put in every night. We  work together and have a prestige-free and pragmatic approach to  development.<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, the job consists of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating  concepts for digital toys that work in an international environment<\/li>\n<li>Creating  visions and turn them into products that kids love<\/li>\n<li>Testing  concepts and prototypes with kids and bringing the findings back to the  team in a constructive and analytical way<\/li>\n<li>Planning and managing  the production in the team that consists of you, an art director and a  developer (or a playsmith, as we call them)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We think your  skills and experience should include a few of these:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating  interactive products for kids<\/li>\n<li>Organizing projects and leading a  team through them<\/li>\n<li>Interaction design<\/li>\n<li>Taking a project  from vision to finished product<\/li>\n<li>Designing for touch screens,  smart phones and tablets<\/li>\n<li>Agile development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We&#8217;re  hoping that you can start fairly soon, perhaps even as fast as October,  but if that&#8217;s not possible then we can work something out of course. The  job is based in Stockholm, Sweden and is time limited until the 1st of  August 2012.
