{"id":10486,"date":"2011-10-07T15:41:36","date_gmt":"2011-10-07T19:41:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itp.nyu.edu\/opportunities\/?p=10486"},"modified":"2011-10-07T15:41:36","modified_gmt":"2011-10-07T19:41:36","slug":"job-ny-senior-associate-marketing-strategy-analysis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/itp.nyu.edu\/opportunities\/2011\/10\/07\/job-ny-senior-associate-marketing-strategy-analysis\/","title":{"rendered":"[JOB] NY Senior Associate Marketing Strategy Analysis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Due to the success of our Integrated Marketing Strategy and Analytics practice in New York, SapientNitro is seeking talented, motivated candidates cable of working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial culture.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At SapientNitro, Senior Associates work side-by-side with the media, delivery, creative and strategy teams to drive business insights that transform our clients\u2019 business. \u00a0They serve as our liaison to internal and external vendors support teams for our reporting suites, ad-serving platforms and site-tracking solutions.\u00a0 They employ these solutions to deliver reports, forecast performance, and execute tests that lead to practical consumer insights.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Working in collaboration with media, delivery and creative teams, Senior Associate\u2019s will gain valuable, direct, hands-on experience from the best in the business.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To be successful, candidates must be highly analytical, have a proven track record in executing data-rich analysis, understand the pros\/cons of applying traditional approaches to interactive marketing challenges, be a responsive self-starter, and possess strong business savvy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibility Include: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting in the development of analytical framework and measurement plans primarily for media, financial services, e-commerce, and multi-channel marketing clients<\/li>\n<li>Partnering with the media, creative and strategy teams to define business requirements and goals, campaign\/experience performance targets, and key success measures<strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Providing regular status reports and marketing optimization recommendations<strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Creating and executing strategic learning plans for single and multi\/channel marketing efforts<\/li>\n<li>Designing and implementing digital tracking strategies for interactive advertising and engaging brand\/ecommerce experiences<\/li>\n<li>Delivering pre-buy forecasts, in-buy performance monitoring, and post-buy reports and recommendations to inform future initiatives; adhering to rigorous SapientNitro standards and industry best practices<\/li>\n<li>Creating and producing analytical dashboards and identifying \u2018quick wins\u2019 for marketing optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Marketing Services Scope <\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Senior Associates may be assigned to service a variety of client needs.\u00a0 As a result, successful candidates should be willing and able to move seamlessly across engagements that cover a broad spectrum of interactive marketing services, including:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advertising\/Media Campaigns\n<ul>\n<li>SEO<\/li>\n<li>SEM<\/li>\n<li>Display<\/li>\n<li>Email\/eCRM<\/li>\n<li>Mobile<\/li>\n<li>Digital Out Of Home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interactive Brand Experiences\n<ul>\n<li>E-Commerce sites<\/li>\n<li>Mobile apps\/sites<\/li>\n<li>Social communities\/Sites<\/li>\n<li>Kiosks &amp; Interactive Signage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA in business or social sciences (finance, economics, psychology, sociology, etc.) required; MA\/MS\/MBA preferred<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years experience in marketing sciences<\/li>\n<li>Firm understanding of statistics and traditional quantitative research methods required<\/li>\n<li>Experience with a web analytics package such as WebTrends, Omniture, Unica NetInsight, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, or Visual Sciences strongly desired<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ad-serving technologies including DART, Atlas DMT, etc. a plus<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with SQL, SAS, SPSS desired<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a digital agency, consultancy or a media background preferred<\/li>\n<li>Must be a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;
