\n\u2022 Believes in an Agile-based, test-heavy development methodology
\n\u2022 Knows Ruby, Python, or server-side Javascript (Node.js), and is ready to learn more
\n\u2022 Has a strong grasp of Javascript frameworks (jQuery, Backbone.js, or comparable) and a view to making real, maintainable, tested software with Javascript
\n\u2022 Likes to experiment, try out new ideas, and make mistakes
\n\u2022 Has solid experience with third-party API integration (REST or other), for example: Facebook API, Amazon Web Services, Twilio, etc.
\n\u2022 Always thinks about the user<\/p>\n
